PIMA — The community came out for a celebration of the Town of Pima’s newest health-care option.
Graham County Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon-cutting for the new clinic at Palo Verde Health Services and Pharmacy on Tuesday.
“Access to care, that’s the buzz words now for medical and health care — it’s access to care. Adding that in Pima provides that access to care for those that . . . can’t get out or hard to get around,” said owner/Pharmacist Brian Paull.
The clinic is operated by Brian’s wife, Angela, a nurse-practitioner.
“I think we’ve had a good response,” Angela said. “We’ve been seeing patients and everyone has been positive about us coming here.”
Palo Verde Health Services accepts most insurances and offers curbside pick-up and free delivery of prescriptions in Graham County, from Fort Thomas to Safford.
The pharmacy and clinic are open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
