GRAHAM COUNTY — Developers received permits to build six new homes in December.
Thatcher issued four single-family building permits in December, while Pima issued two. There were no permits for new home starts issued in Safford in December.
However, Safford did issue four commercial building permits, while Thatcher issued one. There were no commercial building permits issued in Pima in December.
Fiscal year-to-date, Pima and Safford have issued 10 building permits each for new home starts. Safford has also issued 41 commercial permits.
Pima has not yet issued a commercial building permit in the current fiscal year, and Thatcher did not make year-to-date totals available.
