Safford School District issues change in transportation policies

SAFFORD — Safford Unified Schools Transportation Department reminds all parents and guardians of SUSD students of the changes to the Transportation Policies.
In order for children to ride a bus to and from school, the parents or guardians must go into the Transportation Office with their children, view a video and sign all necessary paperwork. The office is located at 1185 S. 14th Ave., Safford.
Sign updates and times are as follows:
July 24 through Aug. 3, 2017, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This new Transportation Policy is in place to help educate everyone on the importance of safety on school buses. Safford Unified Schools is striving to create a safe, healthy environment for everyone.
