SAFFORD — The annual Safford Spring Festival, powered by Sun Pumps, returns Friday and Saturday, April 24-25, with two days of entertainment and tastings.
In addition to being able to taste some of Arizona’s top wines, attendees will have the chance to try something new — the Linden Distributing Trade Show Tasting, Saturday, from noon to 4 p.m.
The Trade Show Tasting will include beers, spritzers, cocktails, and hard lemonades and teas.
“You guys will have the opportunity to sample over 25 different suppliers, and each supplier is bringing around two-to-three different brands. So if you’re looking for your new favorite everyday drink, special occasion drink, on-the-go drink, I guarantee you’re going to find it at the Safford Spring Fest,” Said Raven Linden, Linden Distributing’s general sales manager.
Cost is $20 and a wristband will be provided for access to the tasting tent. Upon leaving the tent, the wristband will be snapped off, but another wristband will be placed giving access to Linden Distributing’s Non-Alcoholic Tasting Tent. To take part in just the Non-Alcoholic Tasting Tent — with waters, sports drinks, lemonades and soft drinks — is $10
The Graham County Chamber of Commerce, who puts on Safford Spring Fest, is also partnering with Mt. Graham Golf Club to provide free golf cart shuttle rides to offsite parking at Firth Park. Hours are Friday 4-10 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Gila All-Star Cheer and Extreme Martial Arts will provide demonstrations on the City Hall lawn, and musical performances on the Kempton Chevrolet Stage will include:
- Chaz Ornelas
- Our Island Style
- Up To Something
- 2026 Gila Idol winner Madeline Cundari
- 2025 American Idol Top 20 finisher Zaylie Windsor
- Headliner The Main Squeeze Band
Plenty of food trucks will be on hand to keep hunger at bay, and all the popular restaurants within walking distance throughout Safford’s Downtown will be open as well.
Safford Spring Festival powered by Sun Pumps will take place on the lawn in front of Safford City Hall, 717 W. Main St.
