This month at Big O Tires, the Team You Trust wants to do good for the people around them.
Throughout the entire month of December, a portion of each oil change sale will go to helping an orphanage in Mexico have Christmas this year.
This year, your oil change profit will go to help the Hijos del Rey Orphanage in Guaymas, Mexico. The following is taken directly from their website.
“Hijos del Rey is an orphanage for the homeless or abandoned, currently with 13 kids, ranging from 2 months to 12 years old. Supported primarily by American and Canadian private donations and also through the San Carlos Community Church. The orphanage is 10 years old, and one boy who lived there for a decade is now in college. Boys and girls have separate living quarters. They also provide dental and medical help for the area when they get volunteers, whom they can house in their adjacent mission, Rancho de Cristo.”
Gifts will be donated toward the end of this month. At Big O Tires we want to give back this year in a special way. We appreciate the support you give us that provides the opportunity for us to give in this way. If you have already filled up on an oil change and aren’t due for one soon, we are accepting donations to take to them as well. The following was also taken directly from their website in regards to the needs they have at the orphanage.
“WHAT THEY NEED: Specifically, their current needs are children’s underwear, undershirts and knee-high socks for school; fruits and vegetables as well as non-perishables.”
Come in and get your oil changed before Christmas and leave knowing you just didn’t help the life of your car, but you helped the life of a child.
