THATCHER, AZ—The Graham County Community College District will have an opening on its board beginning in January 2017. Candidate packets for the College’s Board District #1 are now available in the Graham County Board of Supervisors Office, located at 921 Thatcher Blvd., in Safford, during their regular business hours of Monday – Thursday from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Candidates must file their nomination packets and petitions beginning July 11, 2016. The deadline for filing non-partisan nomination petition signatures and nomination papers is August 10, 2016, by 5 p.m. for the November 8, 2016, General Election.
All district governing board petitions must be filed in the Graham County Board of Supervisors Office.
The last day to register to vote in the General Election is October 10, 2016. The General Election will take place on November 8, 2016.
