No new COVID-19 cases in Graham, Greenlee Wednesday

SAFFORD — Wednesday was another good day in the Gila Valley when it comes to coronavirus.

Neither Graham nor Greenlee counties reported any new cases of COVID-19.

Graham County is holding at 776 cases, with 171 active, 581 recovered and 24 deaths.

Greenlee County has gone 412 days without a new case, keeping the total at 58, with 56 recovered and two deaths.

The Graham County Health Department will conduct a free testing blitz at Graham County Fairgrounds on Saturday. The testing blitz will run from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. and appointments are strongly encouraged.

The San Carlos Apache Tribe reported seven new cases Wednesday. That brings the tribe’s total to 926, with 86 active cases, 825 recovered and 15 deaths.
