Nathan Todd Bleak, 46, passed away on November 12, 2021, in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born to his parents Jim and Hansene Bleak, on December 26, 1974, in Tempe, Arizona. Nathan had one sibling, his sister, Amy.
Nathan attended Thatcher High School graduating in 1994. After graduation, he worked for the Gila Valley Irrigation District as a Water Operations Manager.
He is survived by his mother, Hansene Bleak and his sister Amy (Matthew) Storment, and his niece and nephew, Sydney and Ethan.
Nathan is preceded in death by his father, Jim L. Bleak, and grandparents.
On Friday, November 19, 2021, Funeral Services will take place at 1:00 p.m. at McDougal’s Caldwell Funeral Chapel.
