Mike Hallford

Michael Lewis Hallford went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix, surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was 60.

Mike was born in Casa Grande, Arizona on September 2, 1961, to Louie “Buck” Hallford and Pauline Brown Hallford. He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1980 and came to Eastern Arizona College with a football scholarship. He played for one year until May 1981. He gave his life to our Lord Jesus Christ on May 23, 1981, where he met his wife, Mary Helen. They were married a year later on May 16, 1982. He chose to live for God and build a family.

He loved the beach, fishing and camping, playing card and board games with his sons, family, and friends. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren which he was devoted to and loved very much. Most of all, he was devoted to his Lord Jesus Christ. He wrote, “The most significant thing I can say is I love my God and family. I am amazed that God is not done with me yet. I have one driving force, to know that I will see all of my family in Heaven.”
