SAFFORD — Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center wants to make sure that children are safe as they head back to school.
MGRMC is giving bicycle/scooter/skateboard helmets to all children in Graham County.
The helmets will be available Thursday, July 27, from noon to 5 p.m., while supplies last, at the Human Resources building, located behind the hospital.
The first day of school for Safford, Solomon and Morenci students is Wednesday, July 26. Pima and Fort Thomas start school Aug. 2, and Thatcher and Duncan students return to the classroom Aug. 9.
