Melvin R. Bryce, a lifelong resident of the Gila Valley, entered into eternal life Monday evening, May 8, 2023, at the Mount Graham Regional Medical Center, from causes incident to age. Mr. Bryce was 91.
Melvin leaves behind: his children, Ric (Jennifer), Scott (Wendy), Ron (Cindy), Diane Brewer (Mike), Linda Barney (Jerry), and Rex (Valene); twenty-nine grandchildren, one hundred eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Melvin was reunited with his eternal companion, Norma Lou, who preceded him in December of 2021.
Funeral services for Mr. Bryce will be conducted Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at the Pima Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Brother Luke Hoopes of the Pima Third Ward. Concluding services will follow in the Pima Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday morning, May 20, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m., at the Pima Stake Center Relief Society Room of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
