SAFFORD — On Wednesday, the Safford City-Graham County Library announced the fee it charges for collection will increase from $10 to $12.
The change goes into effect Jan. 2 and only impacts those charged the fee after Jan. 2 Those charged before the new fee goes into effect will remain at $10.
The library also announced a change in its log-in system for accounts that require a password.
Instead of using a library card number, the authentication will be the last four digits of a user’s telephone number.
The change applies to library account access, the CloudLibrary, Libby magazines and for computer use within the library. User names will remain the same — only passwords are changing.
The password change goes into effect Jan. 8. For more information talk to library staff or call 928-432-4165.
