Josephine Cervantes, a resident of Mesa and formerly of Pima, entered into eternal rest Wednesday morning, May 12, 2021, at the Honorhealth Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, following a lengthy illness. Josephine was 73.
Josephine is survived by: her two daughters, Marie and Noelle Cervantes; fifteen grandchildren; and her son-in-law, Sergio Luna.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Josephine was celebrated Tuesday morning, May 18, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church by Rev. Nicodemus Shaghel. Committal followed in the Pima Cemetery.
A Rosary and prayers were offered Tuesday morning, May 18, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.
