Fuzzy Fozzy Bear is one of the many cats up for adoption at the Desert Cat Rescue & Sanctuary of Arizona

Hi, everyone. My name is Fuzzy Fozzy Bear. Some people knew me as “The Thriftee Kitty.” I lived in the parking lot of the Thriftee Food & Drug store in Safford.
While people would stop and pet me, no one took me in. I was on my own. I was found crossing a busy street in Safford between Thriftee and the train tracks; Nowhere to go, but back into traffic.
Volunteers at the rescue shelter caught me because I simply cannot resist a tummy rub. I was taken in by Desert Cat Rescue & Sanctuary of Arizona. They posted on Facebook and local pages to find my owner. No one came.
They cared for me and had me neutered. I am now ready for my new forever family. I am over a year old, so I will not climb your curtains. I do not mind dogs or other cats. I do meow at other cats if they come to close to me though.
I have not been around children, but I think I would like them. I like to talk too, so I am looking for someone who wants to have awesome conversations with me and is willing to provide me with lots of tummy rubs. Those are just my favorite thing.
My adoption fee is $25. If you are interested in adopting me, please send an email to desertcatrescue@outlook.com for an adoption application. You can also like our page on Facebook and send us a message.
