WILLCOX — Arizona Department of Transportation announced work will begin on a pavement rehabilitation project on Interstate 10 between Willcox and Bowie.

The work begins this month, starting with bridge deck and box culvert repairs. Milling and paving of the roadway will begin in the Spring.

Temporary ramp closures will also be in effect as work moves through the construction zone.

The roadway will be reduced to one lane in each direction and the speed limit reduced in the work zones, so drivers should plan for delays and add extra time to travel.
