SAFFORD —Saturday, Country Financial will celebrate its 13th anniversary of bringing the 28th annual Holiday Light Parade to Safford’s Main Street.
Things get started at 4 p.m., with photos with Santa’s friends in the Country Financial Booth.
“There’s going to be a full photo booth set up,” said Country Financial’s Jenna Ferrin. “You’re going to be able to get photos with the Grinch, Mrs. Claus is going to be there, we’re going to have Frost the Snowman there, and we’re actually going to have Elf showing up.”
Food vendors in the Safford City Hall drive will also be open and available to the public starting at 4 p.m.
Entertainment will take place in front of the Kempton Chevrolet stage, starting at 5 p.m., with Safford Dance Academy, Gila Valley All-Star Cheer and Extreme Martial Arts performing for the crowd.
The parade will start after 6 p.m., starting from the Graham County Courthouse and traveling east to 3rd Avenue, turning right to 7th Street, where entries will disband.
