PHOENIX — A pair of elected officials will be conducting digital town halls Tuesday.
At noon Tuesday, July 28, Secretary of State Katie Hobbs will be on Facebook Live to discuss voting in the Aug. 4 primary. She will discuss who can vote, how to cast a ballot, how to find a polling location and how ballots are counted.

And then at 5:30 p.m., U.S. Rep. Tom O’Halleran, D-Ariz., will conduct a Zoom town hall to provide updates on the federal response to COVID-19 as well as talk withh and about health-care workers.
