SAFFORD — Ten years of support has earned Kempton Chevrolet a plaque of recognition.
Eastern Arizona Hispanic Heritage Corporation presented the plaque of appreciation for continued support to Kyle Kempton and the Kempton Chevrolet team on Thursday.
The presentation followed a successful fund-raising Fiesta event at Graham County Fairgrounds on July 27. That event, sponsored by Kempton Chevrolet, featured traditional Hispanic music and dance performances.
Eastern Arizona Hispanic Heritage Corporation raises money to fund scholarships to Eastern Arizona College. Over the past 10 years, the nonprofit organization has donated upward of $70,000 for scholarships.
