Nathaniel’s Childhood Cancer Foundation was established by Christianna Mingura in memory of her son, Nathaniel, who was diagnosed with osteosarcoma at age 7. He battled the disease for two years, including losing his right arm to amputation, before succumbing to the cancer.

On its social media, Nathaniel’s Childhood Cancer Foundation said it was able to provide support bags for 173 children who were hospitalized in 2022, as well as help raise funds for many of the families.
