SAFFORD — The Gila Valley Hiking Club announced its next hike will take place this week.
The club will hike a one-mile trail up to Webb Peak from Columbine Information Center corrals this Saturday, Oct. 23.
Those interested in the hike should meet at 8 a.m. at the Graham County Fairgrounds entrance.
There is no cost to participate with the club; however, proper hiking gear — hiking boots, hat, proper clothing, water, etc. — is required.
