SAFFORD — Nonprofit organizations throughout the Gila Valley lost numerous fund-raising opportunities over the past six months due to the pandemic.
That’s starting to change as the infection rate drops and the economy opens up.
The Friends of the Safford City-Graham County Library are taking advantage of the opportunity to conduct an indoor yard sale this weekend.
The sale will take place Friday, Sept. 25, from 4-7 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 26, from 7 a.m. to noon, in the library’s program room. Face coverings will be required to enter.
The sale will feature items from the Friend’s Corner at the library, including Books, baked goods and other items.
