THATCHER, Ariz.— Eastern Arizona College is pleased to host two upcoming forums that the community may be interested in attending. First is the Public Forum on Water featuring Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers, Rep. Griffin, and Rep. Becky Nutt as they address water issues facing the Gila Valley. The Public Forum on Water is scheduled for Saturday, February 8, at 3 p.m. in the EAC Activities Center.
There will be an open Governor’s Budget Forum on Wednesday, February 12, at 1 p.m. at the EAC Activities Center – Lee Little Theater. This event will feature Matt Gress, director of Arizona Governor’s Office of Strategic Planning and Budget, as he discusses priorities for the upcoming budget cycle.
