THATCHER — The Eastern Arizona College Athletics Department announced the annual sports banquet will be live streamed this year.
The banquet will take place Wednesday, May 3, at 6 p.m., and families of athletes from around the globe will be able to watch live on YouTube.
Teams to be honored include volleyball, which won the Southwest B District championship and went on to play in the national tournament; men’s basketball; women’s basketball, which won the Region 1 championship and advanced to the national tournament; baseball; softball; cheer; golf; and tennis, which is playing its final season now at the college.
