The sprint tri starts with a 75-yard swim in the college pool, followed by a six-mile bike ride around the campus, and finishes with a 1.5-mile run through the campus, before heading to the finish line at the Clock Tower on Middle Campus.
Cost is $35 for an individual participating in all three legs of the sprint tri; or $45 for a relay team of three, with one person taking a leg each.
Vanessa’s Fight is Our Fight Cornhole Tournament will take place Saturday, April 15, at the Freeport Pavilion at the Fairgrounds.

There will also be a mechanical bull, jumping castles, a DJ, raffles, food and more.
The Graham County Democrats will hold the annual fund-raiser Rose Mofford Dinner at Mt. Graham Golf Club starting at 6 p.m.
“Our special guest speaker will be Congressman Ruben Gallegos,” said Patty Cervantes, Graham County Democratic Party chair. “We are so lucky and excited to have him come.”
Cost is $100 per person.
Finally, the Arizona Fan Fest After Party, at the Ag Building at Graham County Fairgrounds, will take place Saturday from 7-10 p.m. The party will feature a full show with six stand-up comedians, followed by everyone taking part in cosplay karaoke. Unfortunately, one event scheduled for Saturday was canceled. Families Fighting Cancer Together announced Wednesday its second annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament has been postponed. Reason for the cancellation was not given.
