EAC offering EMT summer classes

THATCHER — Eastern Arizona College will be offering three Emergency Medical Technician classes this summer: Emergency Medical Technician, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Paramedic Prep Course.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT 103, #7045) is an accelerated 10-week course. This nine-credit EMT course will be held Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., from May 22 through July 28. Visit the EMS Department website for the Proof of Prerequisites form that must be completed prior to enrollment in this course.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (EMT 121, #6011) is a one-day course offered on Saturday, June 3, from 9 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. This half-credit course is required before taking many EMS and Allied Health courses.
Paramedic Prep Course (EMT 200, #6010) is a two-credit course held over four days, May 22 – May 25, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. This class is required by anyone enrolling in the Paramedic Program.
