Dolores F. Franco

Dolores F. Franco entered eternal rest Monday, January 23, 2023, in Tucson, from causes incident to age. Lola was 95.

Lola was born to the late Emilia Garcia Fierro, in Morenci, on April 3, 1927. She was blessed with a large, loving family. Lola raised her three children with patience, discipline, fun and mucho, mucho, mucho love. Lola was a beautiful homemaker as she loved her children dearly and passed it on to her many of her grandchildren. Lola will be dearly missed by everyone’s heart she has touched with her beautiful love.

Lola will be reunited in Heaven with her: son, Ramon Nunez, Jr., her daughter, Cecilia Nunez; and is survived by: her daughters, Helen Lujan, Rosie Carrasco; her grandchildren, Emily Garcia, Joseph Guerrero Isaiah Guerrero, Lonnie Carrasco, Marc Carrasco, Sandee Garcia Mari Garcia, Isaac Astorga, Ayden Astorga, Audrii Astorga, Isaiah Carrasco, Isaac Carrasco and Ilysha Carrasco. She was preceded in death by her Granddaughters, Em and Mari.

Lola lived a long life and wanted us all to celebrate her death with love and joy for one another.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial for Lola will be celebrated Friday afternoon, February 10, 2023, at 1:30 p.m., at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal will follow in the Safford Cemetery.

A bereavement luncheon for family and friends will be served at the American Legion Post #95 in Solomon following the committal service.
