Deputies arrest man who threatened violence against store customers

FORT THOMAS — A man who reportedly had a blood-alcohol content of 0.296 was booked into Graham County Jail after threatening to kill multiple people.

At about 3:30 p.m. Thursday, April 14, Graham County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Red’s Place convenience store following complaints of a man harassing multiple people with threats of killing them, although no acts of violence occurred.

The clerk said she also saw the man attempt to break into her vehicle and when she stopped him, he threatened to kill her as well.

Deputies identified the man as Jonathan Wilson and took him into custody without further incident.

After being medically cleared to be booked into jail by Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, Wilson agreed to a breathalyzer test, which reportedly showed his blood-alcohol content at almost four times the legal limit.

He was booked into jail on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct.
