GLOBE — Gila Valley residents traveling to Phoenix over the next few weeks should add extra time to their travel plans.
Arizona Department of Transportation announced there will be intermittent lane restrictions on U.S. Highway 60, between Miami and Superior, starting Wednesday, Feb. 24.
The restrictions are the result of replacement of the Pinto Creek Bridge. The work will take place Mondays through Fridays during daylight hours and will continue until at least May.
