The City of Safford Water Division is currently making an emergency repair near Church Street and Stadium Avenue in Thatcher. As a result, water service will be temporarily interrupted for the southwest buildings on Eastern Arizona College’s North Campus and approximately six nearby homes.
The outage is expected to last up to five hours as crews work diligently to complete the repair.
