PIMA — The Pima County Medical Examiner’s has confirmed what Town of Pima Police believed was the cause of deaths for four people — murder-suicide.
The report shows that a 31-year-old woman and her two children, ages 9 and 8, all died by gunshots to their heads. Those deaths were ruled homicides.
The woman’s father also died by a gunshot to the head, but it was ruled self-inflicted.
None of the victims or the suspected shooter had any traces of drugs in their systems, according to toxicology reports.
The incident occurred Thursday, Oct. 16, at 27 S. Main St. just before 1 p.m.
