SAFFORD — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce wants the public to get information directly from the source.
The Chamber is taking sign-ups for a new e-mail service, available to everyone, not just members of the Chamber.
“You have to get people to opt in,” said Vance Bryce, executive director for the Chamber. “They have to say, ‘These are the subjects that I want to hear about. Whether it’s ribbon-cuttings or Soiree or leadership or tourism or I just want to hear about Salsa Fest. That’s the only thing I want to hear about is Salsa Fest.’ You can do that, too.”
Chamber-related activities are not the only messages that are included in the mailing list; economic development activities, City of Safford notices and even the Sister Cities program are all included.
Plus members of the mailing list will hear the latest on tourism activities within Graham County, including hikes, mountain biking, birding, rock hounding and more.
