PIMA — The Bryce fire, northwest of Pima, doubled in size overnight, and is currently at 129 acres with no reports of containment.
The fire was discovered Wednesday, at about 7 p.m., in the river bottom about 1.5 miles southeast of Eden and 7 miles northwest of Pima.
There are currently no threats to structures or infrastructure.
Arizona Department of Forestry and Fire Management reports two hand crews and two engines have been assigned to battle the blaze.
