Gilbert police and U.S. Marshals are looking for a former Safford resident, who is accused of sexually abusing his daughter. Randall Todd Arrington (Randy) reportedly cut his ankle monitor Sunday night and fled.
A final settlement hearing, prior to trial, was scheduled for Monday October 21st. Arrington is facing 15 charges for abusing his daughter, 10 of which carry life sentences. Arrington reportedly made multiple admissions to these offenses over a facetime call that his daughter recorded.
Arrington was out on a $250,000 cash bail, and is now at-large and a warrant has been issued for his arrest with a bond of $750,000.

Arrington is described as 6’1”, with a large tattoo of a dark angel on his arm and a cross on his back. He wears glasses and is balding and may or may not have a beard which is white and grey.
