Arizona ranks #8 on Holiday Stress Scale, according to new study

What raises your stress levels the most during the holiday season? Is it finding the perfect gift for friends and family, hosting a huge gathering, or overindulging on sweets and sides? 

A new study by All Star Home looks at what’s stressing Americans out in each state as they head home for the holidays. 

  • Arizona residents are the 8th most likely to feel extra stressed out during the holidays.
  • Residents in Arizona, Oregon, and New York are the most likely to dread seeing certain family members during the holidays.                 
  • Americans feel most judged or criticized for their beliefs/values during the holidays.
