Alarm System Set Off at Safford High School

safford-high-schoolA Safford police officer on routine patrol Friday evening, July 24, 2015, noticed the alarm system flashing at Safford High School. While securing the premises the officer found an unlocked door on the south side by the cafeteria. Another officer arrived to help secure the building. The north doors to the cafeteria would not lock securely. The principle was contacted and arrangements were made to lock the building. There were no reports of theft in the incident.
