SAFFORD — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday that vendor applications for the 2025 Safford Spring Festival and 2025 NatureSweet SalsaFest are now open.
Safford Spring Festival will take place April 25-26, and the application deadline for vendors is March 15.
The NatureSweet SalsaFest is Sept. 26-27 and the application deadline is Aug. 15.
Applications require uploading a City of Safford business license, proof of liability insurance, business logo, and merchandise photos to assist with event promotion.
Cost to chamber members is $20 per 10-foot by 10-foot space per day, while it’s $240 for both days for each 10×10 space for non-Chamber members. Chamber member food trucks will pay $20 per day, while non-member food trucks will pay $240 for both days. Spaces will not be assigned until payment is complete.
All accepted vendors will receive a confirmation via Eventbrite and a digital marketing package to promote participation in the event(s). Vendors must comply with event guidelines, including setup times, quiet generators, and display of all required licenses and insurance.
