SAFFORD — Arizona Game and Fish conducted off-highway vehicle patrols in the Nogales and Safford areas over the Easter weekend and the result was a number of citations.
AZGFD reports issuing 39 citations, including 22 tickets for persons under 18 riding without a helmet, and another five tickets for riding double or more on single-occupancy vehicle.
