SAFFORD — A Bonita man is heading to prison after pleading guilty to two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Dustin Luther Todd was sentenced in Graham County Superior Court on Monday, June 19, by Judge Travis Ragland. In addition to 20 years in prison for one count of sexual conduct with a minor, he was placed on lifetime sex offender probation for the other count.

Graham County Sheriff’s Office began the investigation into Todd in November 2022, when the mother of the two victims learned of the abuse, which occurred over a four-year period, when the victims were 14-18 years old.

Investigators interviewed the now adult victims, who spoke at length about the abuse in graphic detail.

Sheriff’s investigators also interviewed a number of members of Todd’s family, who said Todd had admitted to them an inappropriate relationship with the victims during a family meeting around Thanksgiving.

The case was successfully prosecuted by Graham County Deputy County Attorney Stephen Lundell.
