SAFFORD – The 12th Annual SalsaFest takes place on Main Street in Safford this Weekend. The event is staged over two days, Friday, September 21 and Saturday, September 22, 2018.
Everything Mexican is what you’ll enjoy, especially on Friday night with the “Taste of the Trail,” which includes all 12 restaurants on the Salsa Trail. Saturday is chock-full of jalapeno and salsa eating competitions, Chihuahua Dog races, and the voting access for Amateur and “Chopped” editions of salsa tasting. There are vendors, a chalk art competition, a Kidz Korner, and a variety of food and merchant vendors.
