Eastern Arizona Cinderella held its annual pageant Saturday, Jan. 22, and a number of participants walked away with honors.

“We’ve gotten a couple of new sponsors this year, and one of our major sponsors is Eastern Arizona College,” said Rebecca Throop, Eastern Arizona Cinderella director. “They are providing a scholarship for our teen and woman winners this year. Each of those of those winners will get a full tuition scholarship for one year to Eastern Arizona College.”
There are also scholarships opportunities at the state competition, which will take place June 5-11 at the El Conquistador in Oro Valley.
