SAFFORD – The Graham County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the upcoming annual Gila Valley Wedding and Event fair on March 5 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m at 430 Main Street in Safford.
If you’re looking for resources for your upcoming event, wedding, or party, the annual Wedding and Event Fair is the perfect place to gather information and meet the people who can make your goals possible. The fair was created by Torey Cranford, Cakes with TLC business owner, in 2016. The fair is a way for community members to connect to a variety of event staff from photographers to decorators and venue owners.
“The Wedding and Event Fair was created to put a face to all the amazing businesses in the Gila Valley that help you create the wedding of your dreams. We seriously have it all here locally now,” she said. “There really isn’t any need to travel out of town.”
Available community business owners can provide beautiful venues, wedding gowns, tuxedos and wedding decorators, Cranford said. Wedding decorators that take the stress out of planning and setting up, and photographers that capture every moment can be hired locally. Beautifully designed cakes can also be purchased through local businesses as well.
Come watch a cake cutting demonstration, view venue photos and communicate with a local seamstress. Gather ideas for your next event and bring the bride and groom along if you’re planning a wedding!
