SAFFORD — The third event in the economic Spotlight series will look at the business of looking good.
Spotlight on Small Business will discuss cosmetology on Monday, Nov. 18, from 8-10 a.m. at the Safford Library Annex, 814 S. Central Ave.
Speakers will discuss how to transition from holding a cosmetology license into a small business owner, including tips on license requirements, insurance and more.
Speakers include:

- Beatrice Driver, Clerk for City of Safford
- Frank L. Migali, MBA, executive director of the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology
- Annie Reidhead, Clerk for Town of Thatcher
- Stacey Lunt, EAC Academy of Cosmetology
The Spotlight event is sponsored by the Small Business Development Center at Eastern Arizona College, along with the City of Safford and Eastern Arizona Academy of Cosmetology.
