SAFFORD — The City of Safford is seeking the public’s opinion on the state of retail in the city.
The poll seeks to identify shopping preferences as well as the needs of the community that are not yet being met.
“Retail plays a vital role in our local economy, and your feedback will help identify opportunities for growth and improvement,” city officials said on social media.
In public comments on the city’s Facebook page, desired retailers included Target, Chik-fil-a, In-and-Out, TJ Maxx, Dutch Brothers, Costco, Fry’s, Chipotle and Panda Express.
