SAFFORD — Mt. Graham Safe House was the recent beneficiary of two donations by Southwest Gas.

Southwest Gas Foundation selected Safe House for its Fuel Good campaign, resulting in a donation of $7,336.22. And the natural gas provider also donated one of its vehicles to the shelter.

“This vehicle will greatly assist us in transporting larger donated items to and from our clients,” Safe House officials said in a prepared release.

Mt. Graham Safe House is a nonprofit co-ed shelter that offers support for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. It also offers services for homeless prevention.
