SAFFORD — The NatureSweet Tomatoes SalsaFest is expanding from two competitions to three this year, starting Thursday, Sept. 21.
“So Thursday night is a chelada contest — that’s a michelada, a beer-based drink — for mixologists to make. And that’s at our sponsor dinner, so if you want to go to that, give me a call and let me know and we’ll get you in there,” said Vance Bryce, executive director for the Graham County Chamber of Commerce.
Best Western Plus is the sponsor and the competition will take place at The Venue on Main. The registration fee is $15 and participants must be 21 or older.
