THATCHER — Little ones who enjoy the water will get some extra time courtesy of the Town of Thatcher.
Thatcher officials announced the Splash Pad would remain open until Oct. 15, when the water will be turned off for the season.
Meanwhile Safford residents have until Monday to enjoy the pool, as it closes Oct. 1.
And the Town of Pima closed its pool on Aug. 6, due to lifeguards returning to school.
The Pima Pool is also in need of resurfacing so it can be used again in 2025. Work on the resurfacing is expected to begin soon.
