SAFFORD — The City of Safford Streets Department announced it will conduct road work on 8th Avenue, near 20th Street by Dorothy Stinson School, on Wednesday and Thursday.
Crews will be repairing a patch in the roadway.
Additional roadway repairs will take place at 11th Street and 5th Avenue on Thursday.
No road closures are expected, and drivers are asked to follow all traffic control signage and plan for extra travel time through those areas.
