SAN CARLOS — The San Carlos Police Department is searching for a missing Bylas pre-teen and is asking for the public’s help.
Neleah Gustina, 12, was last seen Wednesday, Oct. 22, at about 7:30 p.m. at an outdoor church service at the Market Place in Bylas. She was wearing black shoes, a black hoodie and blue pants with a Virgin Mary patch on the right thigh.
She is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs 148 pounds. She has brown hair and black eyes.
