SAFFORD — Motorists that normally travel on 20th Avenue should find an alternate route next week.
The City of Safford announced paving of 20th Avenue, between Relation Street and Golf Course Road, will start Monday, reducing the roadway to one lane, and limiting access to homes and businesses in the area.
The work will take place Monday through Saturday, and start with the west side of the roadway.
Access to Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center will be just west of the Relation Street and 20th Avenue intersection.
