An 87-year-old man has been trespassed from an area health facility for allegedly urinating in the pool and spa. An employee of the facility contacted the Graham County Sheriff’s Office for assistance and said that it was not the first time the man had done it.
A deputy made contact with the man and informed him that he was being trespassed from the facility. The man is apparently bi-lingual but speaks mainly Spanish. He acknowledged his understand of the trespass.
